Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 6 large whole-grain tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  • Portion the mixture evenly onto each tortilla and wrap.
  • Enjoy!
