Healthy Desserts for Christmas

In this video you’ll find healthy holiday desserts for Christmas. These are easy, vegan and paleo friendly.

Peppermint brownies with frosting

1 cup coconut sugar or maple sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
5 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 cup cassava Flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp peppermint extract

350F for 30-40 minutes

Frosting:
* 3/4 cup cashews, soaked
* 1/4 cup coconut oil
* 1/4 cup cup coconut cream
* 1 tbsp maple syrup
* 1 tsp peppermint extract
* 1/4 cup chopped candy canes

Pecan Pie Bars

* For the Crust:
* 1 cup almond flour
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1 tbsp coconut oil
* 2 tbsp maple syrup

* For the filling:
* 1/4 cup coconut sugar
* 2 tbsp maple syrup
* 1 tbsp coconut oil
* 1/2 tsp vanilla
* 1 tbsp arrowroot flour
* 2 tbsp almond milk
* 3/4 cup pecans

350F crust for 12 minutes, then full bake for 30 minutes. Allow cool a few hours in the fridge.

Gingerbread truffles

* 1/3 cup dates pitted
* 2 tbsp coconut cream
* 2 tbsp nut butter
* 1 Tbsp molasses
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon
* 1/4 tsp ginger
* 1/4 tsp nutmeg
* 2 Tbsp coconut flour
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1/2 cup paleo chocolate

Paleo Chocolate:

3 tbsp cacao
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp maple syrup
