Today we have 3 healthy pumpkin recipes that are perfect for fall! They’re quick and easy to make, packed with healthy ingredients and taste delicious! We’ve got a pumpkin chai latte, some pumpkin cookies and a delicious pumpkin breakfast recipe!
PUMPKIN CHAI LATTE:
1 packet Four Sigmatic Chai Mix (or 1/4 cup chai concentrate)
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1/4 cup plant milk
2 cups hot water
Sweetener of choice
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
