- 1 large seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 2 1/2 Tbs red wine vinegar
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Tbs chopped dill
- In a medium bowl, toss the cucumber slices with the sugar and salt and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in the vinegar, onion and dill and refrigerate for 10 minutes, then serve.
