This tasty chicken wrap is filled with fresh ingredients and makes for a satisfying lunch.
Fresh Chicken Wrap
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt & black pepper, to taste
- 6 large whole-grain tortillas
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Portion the mixture evenly onto each tortilla and wrap.
