Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the flank steak.
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve with chimichurri sauce.
