Holiday Waldorf Salad
- ¼ cup low fat mayonnaise
- ¼ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 large sweet apple, diced
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup halved seedless red grapes
- ⅓ cup toasted walnut halves, chopped
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt and salt in a large bowl.
- Add apple, celery, grapes, walnuts, cranberries and pomegranate; toss to coat.
