  • 1 1/2 lb broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Kosher salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • On rimmed baking sheet, toss broccoli, lemon pieces and garlic with 1 Tbsp oil and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper; roast 15 minutes.
