Lemon Roasted Broccoli
- 1 1/2 lb broccoli cut into florets
- 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 1 lemon cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- On rimmed baking sheet, toss broccoli, lemon pieces and garlic with 1 Tbsp oil and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper; roast 15 minutes.
