2 (5-oz.) cans tuna packed in water, drained
1/2 c. low fat mayonnaise
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp. snipped chives
1 tbsp Sriracha (more or less to taste)
8 slices whole wheat or multigrain bread
4 pieces lettuce
4 slices tomato
Instructions
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, celery, and chives.
Assemble sandwich with the tuna salad, lettuce, tomato and bread.
