Ingredients

1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 avocado
4 Tbs agave nectar
1 tsp. matcha powder
1/4 tsp. pure peppermint extract
4 oz. vanilla low fat yogurt
1 cup ice
Instructions
Freeze yogurt for 1-2 hours.
Combine frozen yogurt with remaining ingredients in a blender and puree until mixture is smooth and completely blended.
Pour into two glasses and serve.
