1/2 cup low fat milk
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup oats
1/2 very ripe banana
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Mash the milk and the banana together in a mason jar.
Add the flax and chia seeds. Put the cap on the jar and shake well to combine.
Add oats and shake well again to combine.
Refrigerate overnight. Serve cold or warm with a few slices of banana on top.
