Ingredients
10 curly kale leaves
olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp za'atar
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
Tear kale leaves into large pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with the remaining ingredients.
Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until crispy. Let cool.
