2 (15 oz) cans chick peas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, peeled
1 package ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Combine chick peas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and ranch mix to a food processor.
Add in 1/4 cup water then blend mixture until it is smooth, about 4 minutes, add more water to thin if needed.
Garnish with parsley.
