2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt & black pepper, to taste
6 large whole-grain tortillas
Instructions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Portion the mixture evenly onto each tortilla and wrap.
