For the salad:

For the dressing:

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, diced avocados, red onion, cilantro, and sliced almonds.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the chicken avocado salad and toss to coat.
Divide the mixed greens among four plates and top each with the chicken avocado salad.
