1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs freshly chopped cilantro
Kosher salt
black pepper
juice of 1 lime
Instructions
Preheat your grill.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Put the shrimp onto skewers. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
