4 Healthy Valentine’s Day Treats

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, this video features 4 healthy treats for you to prepare for that special someone.

Ice Cream Sandwiches:
For the ice cream you’ll need:
2 frozen sliced bananas
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

For the cookies you’ll need:
2 very ripe bananas
1 and 1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Pink Smoothie:
You’ll need:
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 frozen sliced banana
1 cup milk
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon honey
Pink or red food coloring (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)
Valentine’s Day sprinkles (optional)

Frozen Yogurt Bark:
You’ll need:
2-3 fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon stevia
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pink or red food coloring
Valentine’s Day sprinkles

Brownie Hearts:
For the brownie you’ll need:
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup coconut sugar or another kind of sugar
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

For the frosting you’ll need:
1/4 cup and 3 tablespoons low fat cream cheese
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons stevia
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Pink or red food coloring
Valentine’s Day sprinkles
