Crispy Oil Free French Fries and 3 Tasty Dipping Sauces

In this video, you’ll learn how to make crispy baked, oil free French Fries with three flavor-packed dipping sauces. A great side for any meal!

For the fries:
Idaho potatoes
water for soaking

Cut potatoes into fries or wedges and soak in cold water for 30 mins to get rid of some of the starchy-ness. This step ensures crispier fries! Dry on a paper towel or cloth

Chipotle aioli:
1/2 cup vegan mayo
3-4 tsp chipotle in adobo
1 garlic clove, minced
1 TBS lime juice
cilantro
salt to taste

Mix everything together in a small bowl and store in the fridge for up to a week.

Rosemary truffle:
1/2 cup mayo
2 tsp lemon juice
truffle oil (or truffle salt)
fresh rosemary
salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything together in a small bowl and store in the fridge for up to a week.

Saffron garlic:
1 clove of garlic, minced
3-5 saffron threads
1-2 tsp hot water
2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste

Add saffron threads to the hot water and let steep for 5-10 mins. Add the remaining ingredients to a small bowl and mix in the water and saffron after it’s finished steeping. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
