• 2 cup basil leaves, packed
• 6 tbsp water
• 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1/4 cup pine nuts
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper

• Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
