Healthy Fall Off the Bone Dry Rub Ribs

These healthy dry rub ribs are incredibly easy to make (the hardest part is waiting for them to bake because they smell SO good) and the meat will literally fall off the bone. The outside crust is crisp and crunchy and the meat is tender and juicy.

INGREDIENTS:
2.5 lbs. Pork Spareribs
1 tbs. + 1 tsp. Dry Smoked Paprika
1 tbs. Garlic Powder
1 tbs. Onion Powder
1 tbs. Brown Sugar Erythritol
2 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Salt
Half Teaspoon Black Pepper
Pinch Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Cold Pressed Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:
1 – Preheat your oven to 300° F and line a big baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2 – Remove membrane from concave side of ribs.
3 – Brush on olive oil all over the ribs.
4 – Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
5 – Sprinkle a third to a half of the dry ingredient mix onto the concave side of the ribs. Use your hand to pack on and press down the seasoning mix.
6 – Flip ribs over and sprinkle remaining seasoning mix onto the meaty side. Pack the seasoning down firmly.
7 – Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
