  • 2 lbs russet potatoes cut into 1/2 inch thick sticks
  • 4 garlic cloves smashed
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the potatoes with smashed garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Roast at 425 degrees F, turning once, until golden brown. About 35-45 minutes.
