Immune Boosting Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup roughly chopped spinach and kale , packed tightly
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen kiwi
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If it is too thick, add a little more almond milk.
