- 2 (15 oz) cans chick peas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- fresh parsley, for garnish
- Combine chick peas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and ranch mix to a food processor.
- Add in 1/4 cup water then blend mixture until it is smooth, about 4 minutes, add more water to thin if needed.
- Garnish with parsley.
