Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 Tbs freshly chopped cilantro
  • Kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • juice of 1 lime

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Put the shrimp onto skewers. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
