Cilantro-Lime Grilled Shrimp
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 Tbs freshly chopped cilantro
- Kosher salt
- black pepper
- juice of 1 lime
- Preheat your grill.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Put the shrimp onto skewers. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
