These kale chips are a great alternative to potato chips. You can get creative and try out different seasonings.

  • 10 curly kale leaves
  • olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp za'atar
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
  • Tear kale leaves into large pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with the remaining ingredients.
  • Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until crispy. Let cool.
