These kale chips are a great alternative to potato chips. You can get creative and try out different seasonings.
- 10 curly kale leaves
- olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp za'atar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
- Tear kale leaves into large pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with the remaining ingredients.
- Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until crispy. Let cool.
