- 1 slice multigrain bread, toasted
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
- zest of 1/2 lime
- red pepper flakes, to taste
- Spread toast with oil. Top with avocado slices. If you like you can mash the avocado slightly and drizzle with some more olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and lime zest.
