Spicy Tuna Sandwich
- 2 (5-oz.) cans tuna packed in water, drained
- 1/2 c. low fat mayonnaise
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. snipped chives
- 1 tbsp Sriracha (more or less to taste)
- 8 slices whole wheat or multigrain bread
- 4 pieces lettuce
- 4 slices tomato
- Combine tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, celery, and chives.
- Assemble sandwich with the tuna salad, lettuce, tomato and bread.
