Here is a lighter version of the classic Shamrock shake.
St. Patrick’s Day Green Shake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 4 Tbs agave nectar
- 1 tsp. matcha powder
- 1/4 tsp. pure peppermint extract
- 4 oz. vanilla low fat yogurt
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Freeze yogurt for 1-2 hours.
- Combine frozen yogurt with remaining ingredients in a blender and puree until mixture is smooth and completely blended.
- Pour into two glasses and serve.
