St. Patrick’s Day Green Shake

Here is a lighter version of the classic Shamrock shake.

St. Patrick’s Day Green Shake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 4 Tbs agave nectar
  • 1 tsp. matcha powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pure peppermint extract
  • 4 oz. vanilla low fat yogurt
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Freeze yogurt for 1-2 hours.
  • Combine frozen yogurt with remaining ingredients in a blender and puree until mixture is smooth and completely blended.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve.
